Dallas, Austin and San Antonio Distribution Facilities

We continue to expand our air filter distribution network. In order to broaden our reach throughout the Central and South Texas region, in April of 2017, we opened our first distribution office and warehouse in San Antonio. This location is conveniently located in central San Antonio between Broadway and Wetmore, just east of the airport, at 2416 Brockton Street, Suite 101. In an effort to better serve our Dallas customers, in 2014 we opened a new distribution office and warehouse at 11251 Leo Lane. This facility is almost twice as large as our old location on Merrell Road, is more easily accessible and offers plenty of parking. In August of 2011 we opened a new office and warehouse in Austin, which is centrally located at 2209-A Rutland, Suite 125. We make special sized filters at all four locations. With our substantial inventory of all common sizes of 1″, 2″ and 4″ pleated filters in stock at all locations, we can fulfill most orders within minutes rather than days or weeks. If need be, large quantities of virtually any size filter can be made in our factory and delivered to the job site in North or Central Texas within 3 days.

Our experienced, trained and insured technicians at Tex-Air change over 90,000 filters per month on buildings throughout the Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio areas. They are familiar with all brands of equipment and filter installations. Tex-Air is a licensed mechanical contractor (TACLA023325C) so all work is done in compliance with state law. Our computerized scheduling ensures filters will be installed every time, on time and in the proper configuration. Tex-Air is dedicated to supplying our commercial customers with exactly what they need in order to provide for the proper filtration of HVAC equipment and indoor air. Commercial customers have no case requirements so there is no need to stock unused filter inventory. Our goal is to help our customers provide excellent filtration with the lowest cost and the least waste possible.

The trend today is to utilize HVAC systems earlier in the construction process. This helps to dry out the building and ensure compliance with local air quality ordinances. However, it introduces a new problem for the HVAC contractor – keeping the HVAC system clean with the high dust levels produced during construction. Many times filters are the last concern of onsite staff, resulting in costly HVAC system cleaning and delays in job completion. Tex-Air is experienced in this type of filtration and we know what types of filters are necessary to keep costs down both during the construction process and when it’s time to turn the building over to the owner. We work closely with on-site staff to monitor the constantly changing environment involved in the construction process.

Many times a small increase in the price of a filter or a change to a different type of filter can result in big savings. We have the computer programs necessary to make these types of calculations and there is no charge for this service.
Air Filtration Basics Seminar
Trained and knowledgeable filter customers are important at Tex-Air. Consequently, we provide air filtration training seminars on a regular basis. The seminar program is specifically designed for HVAC contractors, technicians, and sales professionals. It will cover such topics as filter testing, filter installation, choosing the right filter and solving special indoor air problems. It is designed to teach about air filtration – not promote our company. Call 817-261-3791 to reserve your spot. Attendance is limited to 20 people with a maximum of 2 per company. Attire is casual. Lunch will be provided. The Seminar will be conducted by Jim Rosenthal and Stevan Brown – both are Certified Air Filter Specialists by the National Air Filtration Association. If you have any questions, please call either Jim or Stevan. Our “Air Filtration Basics” seminar is approved by NATE for 4 hours of Continuing Education credit. There is no charge for attending the Seminar.
