We continue to expand our manufacturing and distribution network.  We recently moved our home office, manufacturing plant and Fort Worth area distribution to a 52,000 square foot facility at 5933 Eden Drive, Haltom City, Texas,  By consolidating these operations in one building, we will be able to increase manufacturing and provide better service to our customers.  Our other 4 offices and warehouses in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston are conveniently located to effectively serve our commercial and institutional customers in these areas.  We make special sized filters at all four locations. With our substantial inventory of all common sizes of 1″, 2″ and 4″ pleated filters in stock at all locations, we can fulfill most orders within minutes rather than days or weeks. If need be, large quantities of virtually any size filter can be made in our factory and delivered to the job site in North, Central or Southeast Texas.

Custom Filter Manufacturing

Manufacturing to Meet Our Customers Needs
We specialize in custom filter manufacturing.  While other distributors might have to wait weeks or months to receive filters from a manufacturer, we have the capability to produce what our customers need – when they need it.  For example, during the pandemic, there was a shortage of high efficiency MERV 13 filters.  Most distributors were not able to obtain sufficient quantities of these filters.  Our factory kept up production and our customers were able to purchase the filters they required.

Our experienced, trained and insured technicians at Tex-Air change over 90,000 filters per month on buildings throughout the Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston areas. They are familiar with all brands of equipment and filter installations. Tex-Air is a licensed mechanical contractor (TACLA023325C) so all work is done in compliance with state law. Our computerized scheduling ensures filters will be installed every time, on time and in the proper configuration. Commercial customers have no case requirements so there is no need to stock unused filter inventory. Construction Filtration

The trend today is to utilize HVAC systems earlier in the construction process. This helps to dry out the building and ensure compliance with local air quality ordinances. However, it introduces a new problem for the HVAC contractor – keeping the HVAC system clean with the high dust levels produced during construction. Many times filters are the last concern of onsite staff, resulting in costly HVAC system cleaning and delays in job completion. Tex-Air is experienced in this type of filtration and we know what types of filters are necessary to keep costs down both during the construction process and when it’s time to turn the building over to the owner. We work closely with on-site staff to monitor the constantly changing environment involved in the construction process.

Trained and knowledgeable filter customers are important at Tex-Air. Consequently, we provide air filtration training seminars on a regular basis. The seminar program is specifically designed for HVAC contractors, technicians, and sales professionals. It covers such topics as filter testing, filter installation, choosing the right filter and solving special indoor air problems. It is designed to teach about air filtration – not promote our company. Seminars are held at locations throughout Texas on a regular basis. The “Air Filtration Basics” seminar is approved by NATE for 4 hours of Continuing Education credit. There is no charge for attending any of our Seminars.
