Tex-Air Filters was started in 1976 to manufacture special size filters for residences and businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Since then the company has grown to become a major regional manufacturer and marketer of air filtration products and services. Over 90% of the business at Tex-Air is commercial in nature. We serve school districts, hospitals, municipalities, universities, office buildings, air conditioning contractors, manufacturers and other large filter users. Tex-Air produces all of its pleated filters including MERV 6, MERV 7, MERV 8, carbon and MERV 11 in one inch, two inch and four inch filter sizes. The company also specializes in producing metal filters for kitchens, fresh air intakes and other applications.
