Shipping & Delivery Policy

Tex-Air Filters processes and ships orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or special-size filters may require additional production time.

Shipping Methods
We ship using standard ground carriers, LTL freight, or company delivery depending on order size, weight, and destination.

Freight Orders
Large or bulk commercial orders may be shipped via LTL freight. Freight charges are calculated after order placement if not shown at checkout. Customers will be notified of final shipping costs prior to shipment.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipments typically arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. Freight deliveries may take longer.

Local Delivery / Pickup
Local delivery or warehouse pickup may be available at select Tex-Air Filters locations. Customers will be contacted to coordinate.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when possible. In cases where shipping is not automatically calculated, additional freight charges may apply and will be communicated before shipment.

Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any damage must be noted at time of delivery and reported within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address
Tex-Air Filters is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
