These Jason Multi-Plus belts are designed to be used on both A and 4L sizes. The belts are made to exacting specifications to ensure long life. The cover is made from a rubberized fabric that is formulated to stay flexible, resist cracking and that is oil, heat and abrasion resistant. The load section of the belts is composed of polyester cords that are chemically treated and then fused to prevent separation. The cords are positioned in the belts to take the tension in both FHP and classical applications. The load carrying section of these belts is made of a unique compound formulated to resist cracking and fatigue. Finally the compression section is made of an elastomer designed to resist compression fatigue, dissipate internal heat build-up and provide firm lateral pressure to the sidewalls. The A and 4L belts are one half inch wide. Belt size dimensions are nominal.
